Yes. HOAwise is powered by AI from Anthropic. Our AI functions include AI bots and natural language processing to answer questions about HOA documents. Your inputs are processed by Anthropic in accordance with their privacy policy.

5. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

We keep contact form submissions for up to 1 year. When we no longer need your information, we will delete or anonymize it.

6. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?

We use Netlify and Formspree, which have appropriate technical and organizational security measures. However, no electronic transmission is 100% secure. You use our Services at your own risk.
